Weddings are easiest to plan 3-6 months out. Especially if you’re getting married Saturday night from May through October in Massachusetts. Friday and Sunday weddings are less crowded so we recommend booking at least 1 month in advance. Weather in November through April can be unpredictable so some couples wait until the last minute to finalize plans. Last minute? Give us a call. We will do our best to find a solution. but may not have availability during peak season.

Yes! All wedding vehicles are decorated with your choice of ribbon color on the front and rear bumper. White, Ivory, blush, Navy and Burgundy are standard. We also have an extensive collection of custom color ribbon should your wedding theme call for something different. “Just Married” signage available upon request. All vehicles are cleaned prior to arrival so your photographer can focus on how gorgeous you look versus how messy the interior is.

When planning your wedding day with Hayyat Limo we anticipate delays. Building plenty of buffer time into your transportation schedule helps ensure your transportation needs are met regardless of how long your ceremony or reception runs. All hourly vehicles include buffer for timing changes. If your wedding party is running extraordinarily late we’ll work with you to adjust (and add additional hours if needed) to ensure your transportation is seamless.

Leave the logistics to us and enjoy your time together. We recommend discussing your itinerary with us so we can plan how long to stay at each location and ensure drivers are aware of ideal pickup locations. For larger groups stopping in places like Boston Public Garden you may need a permit for professional photographers. We can provide recommendations if needed so there aren’t any surprises for you on your wedding day.

We provide hotel transport to wedding venues frequently. Staggered departures or running continuous hotel loops with Mercedes Sprinter vehicles are common wedding transportation requests we provide for customers. For weddings on Cape Cod or islands wecontact hotel concierges ahead of time to ensure pickups go smoothly. If you’re celebrating a dry wedding or have underage members of the wedding party we offer non-alcoholic sparkling cider as an alternative. Feel free to bring your own beverages too! Our drivers will store them properly until the moment you request champagne toast and offer glassware and napkins as well.
